Forsikringsselskapet aksepterte en tilleggsutbetaling på kr. 300.000 til klient. Avtale om tilleggsutbetalingen ble inngått etter at vi hadde sendt forliksklage. Klient hadde tidligere fått utbetalt ca kr. 1.200.000 fra forsikringsselskapet. Vi gikk gjennom saken og argumenterte for at utbetalingen var for lav. Saken ble løst uten rettslige skritt, og klient fikk til sammen kr. 1.500.000 i skadeoppgjør.
